UPA Italia, established in Milan as the European design and innovation arm of the group, contributes advanced design methodologies and technical excellence in medical planning, hospital architecture, and FF&E integration. The Milan-based team collaborates closely with UPA Abu Dhabi and Other International Specialized Consultant to ensure that all healthcare projects combine functionality, efficiency, and human-centered design with contemporary architectural expression.

UPA Branch In Iraq; This branch was established to follow our projects in Iraq comprising Master Planning, Design, Supervision and Client Repetitions when successfully our team is working on different types of projects in many cities around Iraq.

UPA Türkiye; Upon working in Istanbul for an important project, it had been decided to open sister company there to take care of the future projects in Türkiye and to help the expansion of activities in Iraq, Azerbaijan and others. 

UPA has successfully completed and continuing wide range of project types, including master planning, sports and recreational facilities, educational facilities, healthcare facilities, civic and administration buildings, residential developments, industrial buildings, power houses, and interior design projects.
